Is there a way to create bootable USB flash drive and use extra space

I messed something up. When I tried to write your files to the Media Creation Yool flash drive, I chose to overwrite everything - guess that was the wrong choice. I'm now downloading the latest version of the Media Creation Tool and writing it to the flash drive (after deleting everything). Then, I'll have to start over. Downloading will take hours so I won't get to try until tomorrow. This time, I'll make a copy of the Windows installation files in case I screw up again. Do you have any idea what I did wrong? (I did place the boot.wim files in their proper folders).

My personal choice would be to have a separate boot device for each tool. In that regard I notice that Target has 16 GB thumb drives (USB 2.0) for only $4.99.

Thanks - but I already purchased the thumb drives I wanted. Unfortunately, they are 16GB drives and I want to put as much on them as I can.

@Kyhi: Didn't work again. This is exactly what I did:

1. Placed the most recent Windows 10 installation files on my 16GB flash drive using the Media Creation Tool
2. Copied over to the flash drive the four folders I extracted from Nisko.7z NOTE: When asked if I wanted to overwrite files, I clicked on yes.
3. Placed the boot.wim for PESE in the PESE folder.
4. Placed the boot.wim for Macrium in the Macrium folder.
5. Reset the boot sequence to boot off the USB flash drive.
6. Booted off the flash drive

The window that came up was the standard window for installing Windows 10. I didn't get a menu with Macrium or PESE as choices. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Also, Macrium and PESE aren't the only programs I'd like to put on the same flash drive (a different flash drive, of course). Once I get this to work correctly, will I be able to use the same method for other programs (extracting Nisko.7z)? I have a feeling that this method will only work for Macrium and PESE. If so, I would still like to learn how to do this on my own - if you're willing to teach me. Thank you............

If I may, use a 32GB Thumb/Flash drive, the MCT formats as FAT32 which has a limit of 32GB. I tried it with a 64GB, got the 32GB partition but couldn't access the remaining free space. I use a 16GB drive and can put upwards of 6 or 8 updates on it, I get the third choice of both 32-bit and 64-bit versions which may take a bit more than 8GB.

You can edit the BCD to use other "Folders" and RamBoot Options..
RamBoot Options: Don't understand this at all. Google was no help. I think this is over my head - but perhaps you could explain. FYI: I have 16GB RAM.
Or just swap boot.wim(s) in the Current Folders to ram boot your personal files
I assume that all I have to do is change the names of the folders? If so, this will allow me to only put two apps on the flash drive. What if I wanted to put more than two on the flash drive?

Is what you forgot the reason I haven't been able to get this procedure to work?

Try Downloading Nisho.7z again, as I failed to add the Device Options

@Kyhi: Perhaps I should just substitute your "Boot" and "Efi" folder for the ones in the Windows setup folder - and skip trying to copy over the original folders?
