Geeks, the idea of TF Saturday Live Chats is to build the community spirit. An excellent example of this spirit is the yesterday's three sessions; to help in recording all three sessions, several members stepped in (thanks to @slicendice, @Cliff S, @Dude and @EdTittel).

I am editing the raw videos sent to me by these members, and will post nice videos here when done. I ask you to be patient, I have over 18 GB of raw video from fellow members to go through to find the best pieces. In addition to that, my deal with Nick from Macrium was that I have to get his acceptance before posting any video material from yesterday's webcasts.

Videos will come, but it might take a few days.

    Thanks for understanding this.

    Kari
For sure, it is important to wait for Nick to be happy.

One thing that has occurred to me that might prove popular would be a "companion" presentation on how to use Hyper-V. The tutorials are great but I think it may be a bit daunting for some. Reading some of todays posts, I think demoing enhanced mode and how to connect drives etc. might be very popular.

I would be happy to help if you think this idea has merit.

I'm in the final steps of upgrading all of my software, and then I am going to make a full Macrium backup, and use hte method that @Kari outlined in the 2nd presentation to upgrade my current system running 17650 to 17655.

My main concern is how Malwarebytes AntiMalware (registered) is going to act in the VM - I know that I could simply disable it in the VM, but as I am a βeta tester for them, I think this might be a good opportunity to open a line of communication with them on this methodology for upgrading that truly minimizes the downtime of the machine as well as completely minimizes the required bandwidth when updating multiple machines.

All in all, I hope that this leads to some fruitful discussion, versus the MB devs just telling me to disable it it when performing my viBoot-based upgrade.

As it always happens, our TenForums chats go off topic quite fast and last much longer than intended. Like today, the offical part of prize draw webcast was over in 20 minutes, then we just continued chatting. I left it just now, almost three hours in to it, and guys still stay there chatting.

Anyway, we have the winners. The 5 Macrium Kits (pen / flashlight & Macrium branded wristband USB) go to @cereberus, @OldMike65, @slicendice, @Fabler and @ddelo.

The TenForums & Microsoft gift bag goes to @Access Denied.

Main prize, Macrium Reflect 4-Pack (four Reflect Home licenses) goes to @OldMike65.

Congratulations to all winners. Please PM me your shipping details (name, postal address). Notice that it might take a few weeks before you receive the prizes, depending on where you are located (all prizes will be sent as regular mail).

If any of the prizes is not claimed (PM to me) within a week (by midnight Central European Summer Time on 5th of May 2018), we will have an informal webcast to find another winner for that prize.
