Black Screen with Mouse Cursor with continual repair loops

This is for those that are experiencing the black screen with cursor issue on Windows 10.

After trying all the usual methods and pulling my hair out for three days!
Tried the triple boot and jump into recovery mode... Tried repair, did not work.
Tried safe mode...could not get into any form...only had black screen with larger white cursor.

Tried the windows media creation tool and booted through USB...same as above.
No luck on all fronts.

I have taken some photos of what my computers (yes I have two that this has happened with)!
So frustrating its just not funny.

So I will post some images of my command prompt as this is the only area I can get into.
Was hoping to get into safe mode to try and uninstall the Nvidia drivers to see if that caused it.
But can't get into safe mode at all.

Not sure on the best way to post images in here from google drive?

Thanks will try and get the images up and if anyone in here has worked out a fix for this please feel free to share any thoughts on how I can get both of my PCS back into working order :)

C Drive photos:

My PC were originally windows 7 and I did the 10 upgrade hence I have windows.old in there.

Next X: Boot plus after doing bcdedit / enum

Next up is bcdedit | find "osdevice"
And after doing diskpart , list disc

Next I did select volume and list volume X:

This is diskpart, list volume
C is my main drive and I believe H is the partition, but I am thinking something maybe screwed up with the partition.

Ran chkdsk /r C: and this is the result, no errors.

Now these steps I am unsure of.
36) (Reopen command prompt > administrator: X:\windows\system32\cmd.exe > X:\sources> type:
37) sfc /scannow /offbootdir=C:\ /offwindir=C:\windows (If the drive letter is different from C: in step #18 change C: to this drive letter. This may take many hours.)
38) bootrec /fixmbr
39) bootrec /fixboot
40) bootrec /scanos
41) bootrec /rebuildbcd

Not sure on how to get admin into the X:sources or where I need to run this sfc/scannow deal?

I know I have tried the bootrec/fixboot previously and it states "access denied" Do I have to be in admin for that?

Somehow picking up the windows.old for some reason!

How do I get it to pull up the correct windows 10 system and boot?

I ran the macrium reflect in the fix boot and it shows this. I can see windows 10 is there but I still have no idea on how to get it to boot correctly? Any suggestions?
