I think I closed whatever I was doing and went back to look in detail at the message and then to take the screen shots. I might have just been tidying and organising stuff locally... can't remember now.
I see that both W7 Backup and Restore and File History made it through the gate again. That reminds me... File History. Must configure AOMEI again to do that. Next job :)
You can add it fine using DISM. This release just isn't as polished as previous ones.

Windows Features are sometimes not added for other languages. I saw another issue here recently where the guy couldn't install RSAT. His system language was fr-CA (French Canadian) and it just doesn't work - it did not appear in the "Turn Windows Features on or off". After installing a supported language pack (en-US) it did. I honestly think unless you have a really good reason, running en-US is better. It is certainly tested more.
Anyway for me (en-US) the "Turn Windows Features on or off" doesn't work but dism does allow me to add old dotnet.
If it doesn't work for en-GB this is yet another this release should not have been made "RTM". There were no such issues in the previous "RTM" releases.

Thanks guys, really appreciate the help and I shall give that a try a little later.
My version is the one that following Tairiku's instructions yesterday got me. The initial installation (where it asks for keyboard and various preferences) defaulted automatically to GB.
I'll make a backup first and have a play.
Don't you just love SSD's. Backup made and it looks like we have a result :)
