Well, if that's the case you should be on the Release Preview ring, and thus getting Ten days to write your stuff, before it's released to the general public - it has to be better that waiting for the official release, which means you get it at the same time as every other user, or later dependant on where you are, the release is staged to reduce load on Microsoft's servers, and I'm not sure where you are in the order Microsoft works to
Thank you @Barman58, tell you the true i thought Release Preview ring still in beta stage i will look in to it, thanks!

The Release preview has been totally reliable for me until this recent release, I usually get the build that is due for public release around 10 Days before it drops, the downside is that you have to have some telemetry on to be on the program to qualify, but I've worked with telemetry for decades so have no issues with it. it's something that each has to decide for themselves

It's allowed but ultimately you need to activate it just as in actual HW.

I did a clean install of 17134.1 with the 17134.5 update slipstreamed.
Annoyances: 1. Feedback hub is outdated, still list me as Windows Insider.
    2. Feedback frequency: "Windows Insider Program manages this option".
This is probably just cosmetic issues but it's annoying nonetheless.

One of the potential pitfalls of installing with any version of other than the one available in 48 hours, +/-. MS still has little tentacles of Insider attached to you, no matter what you try to tell them.
