No, seems it's not quite ready for the public yet. Insiders got a cu though, it's now on build 17133.73

I would guess next Tuesday. This CU today was probably to fix the remaining issues in the latest build they had put out to Insiders.
EDIT: Both Insiders and regular up to date Windows got this update today.
