I'm seeing an increasing number of articles on the various Windows news/rumors sites reporting that 1803 has been delayed. Here's an example from onMSFT: Public rollout of Windows 10 version 1803 reportedly delayed due to blocking bug. It could easily be two weeks or longer before 1803 makes its official debut.

Thanks for pointing that out @f14tomcat: I'm reminded of the old Darrell Royal epigram, well-known to University of Texas fans, but nearly impenetrable for non-native speakers of (Southern) English: "Dance with who brung ya!"
    Best wishes,

    It's STILL a valid admonition.

Well, I Googled it, and still don't see what it has to do with SCU release.

LOL, I didn't see a connection either. But it is still good advice, where applicable.

I meant I should have cited news stories already posted to the Windows 10 News Forum instead of citing external references. Too funny that I caused only added confusion. Sorry 'bout that! What makes it funny is that the phrase often causes WTF reactions from those unfamiliar with it anyway. So, in a way, it worked just like it was supposed to.
Thanks for the feedback, folks. I'll try to be less cryptic in the future.

Interestingly, because I'm familiar with this Russian-based site, it comes up in a variety of Whois lookups as an "available domain." That means its IP registration has lapsed with ICANN or one of its regional delegates. This is a VERY BAD sign. Thus, the site should definitely be avoided.
