    Event ID 10000 Cortana

    Hi for the past few days on my Gaming Desktop I have been getting this error.

    Any Idea what this is?

    If experiences with DCOM errors 10010 and 10016 are any indication, this error indicates a small but neither threatening nor serious issue in the MS Distributed COM interfaces. These may be safely ignored in the vast majority of cases. Here's an interesting discussion from (paid subscription, alas, required to get all of the gory details, but what's publicly available looks pretty good).

    Well I have gotten Plenty of event ID 10010 and 10016 errors thanks to Microsoft viewing chrome as like that.

    I believe it's in the same general category and, as such, may be safely ignored. Only those who are truly OCD about "cleaning up Windows" usually find it necessary to deal with this stuff. I am not in that group myself, FWIW.
