The misbehaving drivers are found debugging the dump files:
    Windows 10 Tutorials

Bugchecks can be found viewing the log files.
And crashes can be found viewing the log files.

Determining whether there is a misbehaving driver or malfunctioning hardware depends upon the debugging the mini and memory dump files.

The chkdsk reports on the 3 drives with the ntfs file systems did not find any major problems.
The ckdsk reports only displayed cleaning up.

    What is drive E:
Is it the external USB drive with the windows 10 iso?
If so that you can skip or you can open file explorer and right click on the drive > properties > tools > click on error checking

For the fat32 drive see if you can run the administrative command prompt command as: chkdsk /r E:

The Fat32 drive is D:, the flash drive.. That command still results in 1% completed and then stopping. Weird.

The commands or switches for chkdsk are similar and different depending on whether it is a ntfs file or fat32 file system.
All of the commands work on ntfs. Only some of the commands work on fat32.

    run chkdsk
    and run chkdsk /v
post the results into the thread:

right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
