Can I sleep the machine while in Driver Verifier?

I've turned driver verifier on and now it's crashing on the Bios splash screen with every reboot. Can't even get into Windows. Now what!

I can get into advanced startup through Win 10 thumb drive correct?

There is a Windows advanced troubleshooting menu on the computer.

An auto repair started which got me into recovery to run the command prompt to turn driver verifier off but I'm still crashing at the splash screen. How do I manually get back into advanced startup?
