This is not possible using Explorer (Used to be in older versions of Windows)
You have to use a separate tool
I recommend: Directory Report
It looks just like the MS-Explorer but always shows the folder size
There's a reason for this, it's because it takes time to process and slows the system down. Will cause a lot of background activity.
I'd only do this if it was very important to know file sizes.
Berton: Right clicking on folders gets very tiresome very quickly
