For example can not open outlook for few minutes now in a new tab in Chrome

The issue I have seems browser related, cuz I can pretty much play an online game without any connectivity issues, but using browser is a headache

Are you running any extensions in the browser? Have you performed a clean boot to see if the PC is still slow while using the internet?

Hi, thanks for response.
Yeah I am using some extensions in browser.

I have tried doing a clean boot, seems things are back to normal speed now while browsing. However I could not remove 360 Security from startup, prior doing a clean boot.
