My only confusion with the thread is that the OP already purchased the Chromebook, meaning they were already aware and in acceptance of it's limitations. It is good for what it was designed for...basic usage within the Google world.
Different strokes for me, I set up Chrome OS and Linux on a "Windows" type computer. The asus lappy I am on now runs fairly good on 32GB memory with Win10 FCU. :)
More options the better... anything is possible!
I bought one of those 32 bit Windows machines, and the thing wouldn't update to the RTM version available then; not enough memory, and although I added a 32 GB SD, it still wouldn't update. So, it went back to Office Depot.
The replacement did the same thing, so that was the end of 32 GB machines for me.
Edit: I just re-read and I don't think you meant "32GB memory"? I'm really confused.
Hey all i keep getting message on the chromebook when i connect a 1tb internal hard drive in an enclosure into the usb port of my chromebook
whoa there be careful chromebook. I get this message over and over. Does this mean my internal hard drive connected to the enclosure is corrupted or not? I just shut down my laptop. But could hear the internal hard drive is moving etc.
How do i access my internal hard drive in enclosure on the chromebook. Can someone tell me how to solve this issue?
