As I am looking around trying to find a solution to my problem, I stumbled on to this. I found it by right clicking on my c drive and going into properties.
Could the solution be in here somewhere?

No that does not have anything to do with it.
Do you have full control over the place you are copying the files to? Have you tried copying them to your desktop?
I only have a laptop but as I stated earlier, I have used this phone for almost ten years and have had no problems with other laptops with other versions of Windows. Specifically Vista and Win 7.
I could boot up one of my old laptops right now and have no problem moving files from old laptop to phone card. This has to be a Win 10 problem.

Hi mroy99, try both the methods from the link above.
I assume you have an Android device. Have you ever just tried plugging in a micro usb cable (or whatever charges your phone) into a usb port and trying to transfer like that? It seems a bit tedious to take that micro sd card out each time you want to transfer something since I do this a lot.
Also, do you have a little slot in your computer for the micro sd card and that's how it's reading it? I know those exist, but they're pretty rare from what I've seen these days, because usually I have to put a micro sd in a standard sd card adapter, and then it has a little locking mechanism on the side that causes this issue.
I understand that you haven't had issues like this on your previous versions of windows; I understand how frustrating that can be sometimes... but gotta try everything I suppose.

I tried both and neither worked. I think I'm done for now guys. I'll just use my old laptop to transfer files. Thanks for your help.
