    The markets obviouslt liked W10 Launch

    The markets obviously were pleased with Windows 10 yesterday -- here's the stock movement graph for yesterday.

    It was not that much of a change. By next week, it will be back down again like all of the others. Stock prices fluctuate, just like gas prices. The only way of knowing how that a stock has been doing, is to look at the long term during a period from closing of the market say today, to a year ago, then 5, then 10.

    Hi there

    Not wanting to turn this into a Stock Forum - but if you do any DAY TRADING that rise would have netted you a nice little earner yesterday --New Car perhaps !!!!.

    Ms on the whole is doing OK - but on a BAD news day yesterday that rise in MSFT was quite a nice little earner !!!!!
    Some serious day traders value rises as small as a few "ticks" or % of a cent even. !!!

    @bro67 -- here's the TWO YEAR chart of MSFT -- a nice little earner too.
