    Please see post #15.
Which steps are you able to perform?

A windows 10 iso can be created on any working windows computer.
For example a public library, work computer, friend or relatives computer.

I am trying to do a reset but it’s saying it cannot save my files. I might have to do a full restore and lose all files. The error I get is: “We cannot reset this PC and keep your personal files. You can try Advanced Options for other ways to troubleshoot problems with your PC, or you can back up your personal files and completely reset your PC.”

Okay, did you create the Windows disk. Please try to boot with it and see if you can get into safe mode with networking, safe mode or command prompt. If so, can you work with the computer or is the screen black?

then I am still needing your to run the following command

    systeminfo> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"
upload the systeminfo.txt to your reply

I decided to go with the Factory Image Restore. Not sure how or why this all happened a week ago, but at least I got my PC back. I hope this doesn’t happen again. Thanks for your help anyway!

Okay, make sure you update all of your drivers from the mfg or device mfg websites. Let me know if you need anything else.
