    Folder Protection

W10 Home, Excel and Word 2010, VLC.
Is it possible for me to have one or two folders in (My) Documents which are protected by a password?
    Thanks for any replies.

Interesting idea here (no 3rd party program):
How To Password Protect a Folder in Windows 10

The test would be whether the folder is accessible e.g. from a command prompt outside Windows or using a boot disk to boot your PC - i.e. when Windows is not running.

For full security consider encryption programs.
