What does that mean? I am overclocking my 7980xe at 4,2. Should I disable turboboost or something?

I am kinda new to this. Thanks for the help!

    Hi,
Well first I would suggest going to apps and uninstalling it
Unfortunately or fortunately however one want to see it 10 or Intel Management engine will reinstall it again :)

When you click to uninstall it there will be a popup that you have to restart
After restart it will appear again either acting better or the same you'll just have to say what happens :/
    Nice rig you got there
My 7900x I've had fun with ITBM but mostly on startup
It will stay on screen waiting for actions or something this is the problem that annoys me to no end
Other times removing it it will just flash and minimize like it should in win-7 it acts as it should :)

    Hi,
Doubt it will effect the version in the os
The version in the os is only used if one adds an app in it otherwise it's just forced crapware.
You can open it and of course disable it there's an icon on the action center you can right click and do that.

Asus doesn't want to talk to me tonight :) but you may try going to your motherboard's site( ROG RAMPAGE VI EXTREME | Motherboards | ASUS USA
) and downloading and installing their ITBM driver.

    Hi,
If you read the description of the process to reinstall turbo boost 3 it says to uninstall the existing version first
So one has to also remove Intel management engine too because it is I believe what keeps reinstalling turbo boost after restart :/

I've always turned off drivers in windows via group policy and with @Brinks reg file
