    Hello Patricia, :)

If you like, you could reset Windows 10 to start fresh with it.

You can't change the service tag of a Dell. It's the unique serial number of the machine and is used to identify it when you need to find support, diagnostics, manuals or drivers specific to that particular machine. See here for yours...

What is this 'account information' you want to remove? Is it a Windows account on the PC, or some sort of support plan on the Dell site?

Where did you get this laptop from? not off eBay I hope?

Computrace is software built into program laptops that were purchased as part of MCLA's Laptop Initiative. In the event your laptop is stolen, the Computrace software tracks the stolen computer and provides local police with the information they need to get it back.

I agree about the Service Tag. Also on the sticker on the case somewhere there is the Express Service Code [maybe in the battery compartment on Notebooks], gives more about its original shipped status. Additionally the Service Tag is viewable in the BIOS, has been on all those I have and have worked on.

I've read the express service code and the original configuration as shipped - such as that it came with an academic Win7 CoA.
    Part Number K9T4H
    Quantity 1
Description LABEL, CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY, OPERATING SYSTEM, W7P32/64, ACADEMIC
It's all available from the link I gave in post #3
