Crashes, newly installed and no improvement

    Just 1 error indicates malfunctioning RAM.
    The computer only has 1 RAM module.
    New computers should not be having both RAM and driver problems.

    Thanks @zbook for all your efforts and patience. ASUS has accepted my RMA request and I have sent off the laptop. Will report back when I get it back.

    Update:
    A few days ago I received my RMA laptop back. Everything working flawlessly now.
    After asking ASUS I have been told that they replaced the motherboard.

    What did they say about the RAM?
    Did they only replace the motherboard and not the RAM or motherboard with RAM?

    All I got told is that they replaced the MB, and by a second look right now, I believe incl. RAM. I had e-mailed them the result of the W10-test and Memtest results.
    Must say, the service has been prompt and I have been kept informed during the RMA.
