Updating from Intel and Disable later help me to resolve the situation.

Works in Intel HD Graphics 4000. Remember update from here
Descargas para Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

And If not works "Disable" form device manager. Let "disabled" always.

Whatever the hardware, the solution is to update to latest official drivers and then use the show/hide tool to block any driver updates, so Windows Update won't mess with your working drivers.

    Solution to black/blue screen

This has happened to me twice. I have a Lenovo Flex 3 laptop with a Windows 10 operating system. Upon pressing the power button, the button lights up and the backlight on the keyboard starts and then fades. The screen turns dark blue/black. There is no mouse cursor.

Solution: Unplug the AC adapter (power cord) and keep the laptop on battery all night (~7 hours). The next day, press the power button. Wait 10 min and then press the Ctl key. The laptop starts up. I logged in as usual and attached the AC adaptor.

It makes more sense. Why wait for the battery to discharge? Just pull it, wait until the laptop is completely off and then power on again. I have seen this in my Acer Extensa 5630Z (running Windows 10 32-bit). It goes standby and I cannot wake it. So I avoid putting it in sleep mode (standby). I either leave it on with AC power (and power settings to never turn off) or completely shut down. Hibernation could work but I avoid it as the time difference to wake up with 4GB RAM is insignificant.

    Black Screen with Cursor

I've taken a look through this forum and either can't find anything that works or peoples suggestions do not make sense to me. I get display menus when using Sticky Keys (press shift 5 times) and i get the sticky keys menu. Also if i hit windows + P I get Project menu that simply says You PC can't project to another screen. Try reinstalling a driver or using a different video card. Through all my readings I've become convinced its a graphics card driver but have no idea how to update it, especially blind like i am now. Please help!!

Hold the left SHIFT key while you restart the computer and you should see the Advanced Boot Menu. Select Safe Mode and see if you can see the desktop there. If you do, uninstall any graphics driver, or better use the DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). Once you have removed the graphics driver restart and see if you can see the desktop. Install latest graphics driver and you should be OK. If the display is black even in Safe Mode, you can either load a Restore Point (if available) to go back to a working state, or refresh/reset Windows (losing all your programs and files).

I have been unable to restart in safe mode. More specifically I cannot seem to get the advanced boot menu to come up (using shift key) the only screens I can get on boot are the setup and boot menu. Stands to reason I should be able to get to the advanced boot menu from the boot menu but alas I cannot. From the boot menu I get 4 options: Onboard SATA hard drive , Onboard or USB CD-ROM drive, setup or, diagnostics. None of which take me to the asldvanced boot menu.

If there is nothing else it can be done, I'm afraid you must backup and format...
