Hi two questions, thanks for sending the gif. However if I cannot get into safe mode, then doing what the gif say is not clear how I could do. The only thing that is accessible is command prompt. So is there another way you are suggesting. Earlier someone mentioned to to mbr and fixing it, I wanted to ask will that make my files in accessible since my files are not backed up. Can someone clarify. Thank you.

Once the above commands are successful perform the following steps:

    1) create a brand new restore point
    2) backup all files to another drive or to the cloud
    3) make a backup image using Macrium:
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything
Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect Backup Restore Tutorials
    4) If the above commands do not fix the inaccessible boot device there are additional troubleshooting steps
How do you create a restore point? Cannot access anything, can only access command prompt.

If you don't have Windows 10 Installation DVD then click "Advanced Options" from Automatic Repair screen this will allow you to use tool at Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) environment.

    Click Troubleshoot link.

After you click Troubleshoot the Troubleshoot screen appears.

Reset your PC: Reinstall Windows OS using the installation DVD or factory recover image on the hard disk drive but removes all personal data, apps, and settings from the PC.

In Windows 10, Reset your PC gives you two option they are:

Keep My file: Removes apps and setting, but keeps your personal files.

Click “Advanced options” on the Troubleshoot screen to access more WinRE recovery utility’s in “Advanced options” screen.

The system partition contains boot files WinRE assigns the system partition the C: drive letter and the Windows installed partition will be assign any other drive letter usually D: drive letter is assign to Windows installed partition. The Bcdedit /enum | find "osdevice" command can be use to find out the drive letter of the Windows installed partition the output of the Bcdedit command is similar to this osdevice partition=D:. The drive letter after partition= is the drive letter of the Windows partition.

The two images appeared to be nearly identical:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SVN...w?usp=drivesdk.
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/15Vc...w?usp=drivesdk
It reported : chkdsk made corrections in the volume bitmap and Windows made corrections to the file system.
    So this is progress.
Post #16 and #32 indicated if the commands are successful to restoring the operating system you must treat it as a fragile repair and backup files, make a backup image, and make a new restore point.

When available please post the results of the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics.
