You need to perform a complete fresh install

To do this you will need to obtain 64 Bit install media of the version you have a licence for on a suitable media DVD or preferably USB stick.

The install media may be available from Acer, that will include a driver set, and possibly bloatware that you may never use or from Microsoft which will be a windows only install and you would need to get drivers in addition to the Install media, most of the Acer hardware should have drivers either in the standard Installer or at Windows update and would be installed automatically but you may need to locate and download drivers for any special options, (keyboard special keys, fingerprint reader etc).

You will also need to install all your programs so you will need their installers available as well

Also before you start make sure you have backups of all your personal data, Documents, Photos, Internet bookmarks, network passwords etc

The official tool download page is here ...

    Download Windows 10

Use the second option on your current system to create the install media for the fresh install

That "bypasser" doesn't work, don't even bother with it. Only real fix for 4GB or more is 64bit OS.

I would also suggest that you take a look at Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free to make an image of your current working 32 Bit system that can be used to re-install it quickly to as it is working when the image is taken. This should never be needed, but can be great in an emergency situation if the new install fail for some unforeseeable reason. You can also make an image of you new install with all it's software installed and use this as a baseline for any future installs - they are a lot quicker than a normal install - a lot of members here keep an image that is updated regularly ( weekly or monthly), as a "get out of jail free card"

In addition, you can mount an MR image and retrieve files from it if need be.

You will need to boot FROM the installer disk (or USB) in order to install the OS. You cannot run the installer from within Windows.

That's an excellent point that is often overlooked. Very easy to do, too. Thanks for posting that!

Depends if you have enough free space. MR Image file (.mrimg) will be about 75 - 80% of total space used on disk you are backing up.
