    Random start-up pix on my locked screen have now disappeared??


    My "new" Lenovo came with Windows 10 pre-loaded. For the first couple months, whenever I started my computer, I had a different gorgeous picture from somewhere around the world with a question asking if I wanted to continue receiving them. I always clicked YES! But now, for some reason, I have the same locked screen picture with no options to get others.

    Did MS send those random pix? If not, who did? How do I get them started again??

    Welcome to TenForums @doctorj

    These lock screen pictures are provided by Windows Spotlight, a feature built in to Windows 10. Spotlight can be a little 'fragile' at times and stop working. Usually this tutorial will get it back to normal, always has done for me.

Now that the new upgrades have been installed, I have to log on every time my screen times out. Before the upgrades, if I walked away and came back, moving the mouse or touching a key would bring back the desktop. How can I get back to that status?...
