Ah thank you very much. So I just download that top option in the table linked, stick it on a Usb then pop it on mine?
The top one is for Windows 10, released in December last year. It's a zip file, so put the zip file on a flash drive, bring it over to your system, extract it, and there should be an installer to run (exe file). Make sure you have "show file extensions" so you can see the "exe" part.

Also the scan is complete and it says Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations.

Okay thanks. That's the answer we were looking for.

Are Avast Free and MBAM Free still on the system at this point?

Edit: and is that other extra user account still there too?

Okay. Let's try that Realtek driver and see if we can't get you back online.

I have run the exe setup, just to make sure I select the repair option? It's offering me modify, repair and remove

Edit - chose that option and it says it's installed, rebooting now.

    Device manager driver details
    Provider realtek

You tried the Repair option? Try the remove option, then run it again and install should be available.
