    You can try to run the Windows 10 Start Menu Troubleshooter from Microsoft.
    If the problem still remains, then you open an elevated PowerShell window.Type the following and press Enter:

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
