Can you please send me a message or something of what is pirated so I can remove it? It seems like the ISO includes pre installed stuff. I'll remove/uninstall/delete whatever it is so we can get back to troubleshooting.

Microsoft software.
Adobe
etc.
Multiple 3rd party software.
"Multiple 3rd party software" doesn't help unfortunately, as to my knowledge all 3rd party software I have installed is free and they are utilities, such as Ditto, Discord, Steam, etc.
My main drawing app is ClipStudio which I have bought.
I have a couple of games from Steam which I have bought.
etc.
I know my ISO is a 3rd party one, as I've mentioned earlier my original keys did not register. The only thing I am interested in is resolving this explorer issue, because this has been happening since my genuine 8.1 -> 10 upgrade. When it upgraded to win10 this black screen business began. And that's a genuine build. But if this tangent of getting rid of whatever 3rd party software this ISO has installed that has nothing to do with the explorer issue and I can't get any specifics of what to clear out in order to get help then I'll stop and won't waste anyone's time as it's already very time and effort consuming for everyone.

Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified on your system. A counterfeit installation may contain modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways. For this reason, analysing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
Please install a genuine copy of Windows and activate it.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still have computer problems we'll be happy to assist you once this install is confirmed .
We fully realize that everyone with an illegal installation is not always aware of this. Some have shops who work on their computer or who reinstall windows for them only to find out when they come here that it is illegal. They paid for a legal copy, but wound up with a counterfeit one. The ones who bought from eBay, (or other online sources or were ripped off).
We are always prepared to work with users once they are fully legal
