No icons for "Phone" or "Cortana" in Windows settings

I recently built a new computer and installed Windows 10 Pro Creators Update (version 1703) and just noticed that I have never had icons for Phone or Cortana in my Settings. These settings are also not available in the search bar within Settings. See attached screenshots below.

Since I've heard of issues like this resulting from pirated software, I'd like to clarify that I purchased and downloaded the OS directly from Microsoft and installed it onto a brand new SSD and have had no issues with the machine once I got the overclock stable.

Thanks in advance for any and all tips!

If you like you can update to Windows 10 Fall Creators Update using either Windows Update or Windows 10 Media Creation Tool this will resolve your problem.

Thanks for the reply FreeBooster, but don't I already have the update? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I read that Version 1703 (which you can see in the screenshots I already have) is the Fall Creators Update.

Brink, thanks for the explanation. I found the update and it is downloading now.

What confuses me now is the fact that I installed a Windows update just a few days ago and my "Windows Update" tab in Settings confirmed that it is up to date. However, I just manually clicked the "check for updates" button, and only now see the option to update to 1709. Is there a reason this update did not present itself automatically?

If you done anything to defer or pause updates, that could cause the delay.
