    Hey kkorotev,
    I don't know why you can't edit the registry, but as a work around you could try PowerRun. You would just need to add regedit.exe to it's list and run regedit from it.

    PowerRun - PowerRun v1.1 (Run with highest privileges)

    Thanks Eagle 51, but it has no effect. No indication that it's even doing anything. .reg files can not be added.

    Sorry, I meant run regedit.exe from PowerRun, to see if you can manually edit those registry settings.

Hi, We have guests laptops at school for everyone but they keep making changes on the computer. How can i make Windows to ask for admin password when trying to make changes in the computer and when trying to run the installer? Google does not...
So far I only received a restore point for when I installed a LAN driver and when I make them manually. Why can't it create more like it used to?
