What's with these sites I see that are selling Windows 10 download with product key real cheap. Here's an example.
(Not for me. One of my customer's asked)

When it's too good (too cheap) to be true it probably isn't.

There is lots of talk online about scammers selling ultra-cheap Windows software.
The software may be workable, but the license keys are not valid.
So you won't be saving $80. You'll be wasting $20.

I don't know anything about the seller you linked to, but once again ... If it's too good to be true it probably isn't.

Pony up the $100 and buy a legitimate copy of Windows.

The forum is full of folks that have bought these keys from sites like that, only for them to be de-activated months later as they are stolen or illegally resold MSDN keys.

Lets see what the video shows.

    1. A Windows 10 key for 1/5 the price.
    2. The key comes from China.
    3. It activates for now until Microsoft runs a auto check on the key a few weeks later and finds out the key you have is counterfeit. It might even take a couple of months for Microsoft to decline your COA key.

The fact that the COA key comes from China should tell you all you need to know.
China makes all kinds of counterfeit anything if they can sell it. It's just the way they do business in China and has been for decades.
Selling counterfeits is a normal way of doing business in China. It's a major part of China's economy.
