    Hi,
Looks as though Edge is the default player so it shows the icon for it
Change the default app to open the video file.

The one on the left from Firefox is typical of the window opened to search for files to upload. To the right the Filename: box should be another box listing the file types to show, filtering the contents to just those file types that are acceptable for this upload. This box is unfortunately obscured by the other window in your screenshot, but would say something like: "*.avi; *.mov; *.mp4" (and probably several other types). Change that to *.* and every file will show, regardless of whether it's a video or not.

The one on the right is not Edge, it is a standard File Explorer window, so it's showing all the files unfiltered. The two you have indicated, anfGT5Ly and download (1), are a different file type from all the others - a type that is set to open in Edge by default. Unfortunately your File Explorer is set to hide the extensions of known file types, so we have no idea what type of file it is, or even if it is a video. All we know (from the icon) is that it will try to open in Edge if you double-click on it. They could be anything from an html file to a pdf for all we know.

File extensions can be made to show in File Explorer, the option to do so is on its View tab. Knowing the file type would probably explain why they do not appear in the Firefox upload window, they're probably not a type it can accept.
