Can't stream xbox one games to my windows 10 PC?

One of the feathers I was most excited about in windows 10 was the Xbox one game streaming, but when I updated to windows 10 and went into the Xbox app I couldn't find any way to stream the games. I searched for hours trying to figure this out, but every where I look says it should be able to. Did they take it out at the last second and didn't say any thing about it? Or did I somehow install the wrong version of windows 10, and if so how? Please help me this is driving me crazy!

    Solved!

LOL! I literally solved the problem 10 seconds after I made this post. It turns out I just needed to update the app manually, for what ever reason it needed me the do instead of just automatically doing it.

go to settings click rate this app. Update button near top of page. "Connect" icon should now be in left side column.

An easy way to do it is just go to the app store click on your profile picture in the top right of the screen then go to downloads. Any apps that need to be updated will show up there.
