Are you sure this is a Windows related issue? All people complaining about that stuttering issues are getting choppy framerate all the time, mine is totally random

Hi guys, want to give an update.
So I've been playing all this time with this issue, when I update to FCU the stutters seemed to be gone, but from yesterday it started again.

May I suggest something? What are your temps like? The usage graphs from MSI afterburner look like thermal throttling to me, just a thought :)

I think you might have just lost the silicon lottery then, if you can test the GPU in a different system (with a different CPU ideally) and see if the stuttering is still there, I suspect a faulty card tbh.

There was an issue that caused this type of behaviour in upgrades with certain Nvidia GPU's, my partner had black screen issues and the double log in attempt thing happen, it was fixed in KB4048955 (I could be wrong), upgrading to the most recent Nvidia driver wouldn't be a bad idea (use clean install option).

Edit: I love your profile pic BTW, the Gorillaz.
