my pc restarts after launching a game and even also ingame I have this problem before I format and after I format the problem returns I don't know if it is the driver of my graphic card

we would have to assume you have tried more than 1 driver to eliminate that (and tried latest chipset drivers for your motherboard) , and you reinstalled windows to eliminate that so id go hardware route . could be gpu , could be ram could be cpu , could be an overheating issue (simple enough to fix) no way of knowing
search for "advanced system settings" click the "startup and recovery tab" and uncheck "automatically restart" this will force our pc to blue screen instead of restarting , in the blue screen will be an error message copy it here (you will have to force a restart via your reset button after a bluscreen

when i go to play ziggurat or max payne 3 or adrenalin extreme show this problem occurs and also when changing resolutions during games and ingame too , my problem is still on and i think this is it i am not sure if this correct 0x0000007f (0x00000008, 0x804f6400, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) it says bugcheck event id 1001 and maybe distributedcom
