Windows 10: CS 1.6 crashed on startup. HELP!

Hello!
im new here i hope anyone help me with this problem!
runed different big games on my laptop, sniper elite 4,sniper ghotst warrior 3 ,far cry 4,call of duty all series..never got a crash! from 1 year i runed counter strike 1.6 in this pc,no crashes no issues.
2 months ago windows did this new update "windows 10 upgrade" and from there start my problem,others games still work normal but counter strike 1.6 not.
it crashed on startup...tried already alot different versions STEAM to.
after i install the game it run normally,but if i close it and try to reopen game crashed on startup.
contacted with HP support they sent me a kit recovery to format my pc,formated and all was workig correct but w10 did again update to windows upgrade. now problem persist,once game get opended then can't open anymore.

Try to run the game in Compatibility Mode? If you have an image of a build prior to the CU you can go back to it. I would not do it over one game. Maybe the game Devs will update it.
