Most COD Game I play on Windows 10

It all began with the build 10166 but when I am playing say MW3, I cannot stay standing, it seems to drop me into a prone position at will. Any Ideas?

I wonder if changing your hotkey for prone would make a difference?

Edited: A thought just crossed my mind... Are you getting really high fps? COD games have been notorious for glitching out at high fps. Limit fps to 120 and the glitches will be no more.
