I told you not to mess with Lidia.
Just when I thought she was starting to like him. Seems the dude charm is fleeting.

You know, I haven't done a clean install since I did the hardware upgrade to this case and new hard drives. With the Creator Update I did update.

Not sure what happened to dude but I would hope if I did a clean install all games on my non OS segate drive would be fine. I have 1TB of games there and don't want to reinstall them.

Actually not very motivated to reinstall stuff on C either, Office Professional, back up Outlook.PST, all my benchmark software, Asus drivers. etc. Do you guys think there is any benefit to a repair install, you know running setup from the USB which keeps everything else intact? Not clear to me from a Windows perspective, if that repair install is as good as a clean install. I don't have Windows issues but figure a new install is good every once in awhile.

@specialkone, a clean install is good every once in a while. I was thinking of doing one this morning. A repair install is just what the name implies. It's good if you are having problems you can't fix. It works most of the time. But, it is nothing like a clean install. A clean install is always much better. If you do a clean install, once you have installed all you drivers and finished all the updates, make an image. Then you won't have to do all of that again. Just restore the image.

Ive almost given up on image after install. From USB3 to SSD is fast, and since almost all of my hardware works on windows native drivers and after Windows updates, it doesn't take hardly anytime to reinstall.

I didn't think a repair install was as good as a clean install, I was just hoping it was. My historical practice with a clean install is, to after the clean install, blow through the install of the manufactures' latest drivers as there is often some software included which I want. Then I let Windows update the drivers and check to see if I'm happy with the changes. I found this "fun" and not a big deal in the past but I guess I'm getting old.

On the image side, yes, that would save future clean installs and related drivers and I assume that's the point where you make the image. I however, have 165GB used on my C (SSD) which includes Office, benchmark software, antivirus, and a couple of my favorite games which I prefer to have there rather than my mechanical drive. I guess even with the Win10 image all of that other stuff will have to be reinstalled. Ya, I know, someone will tell me to get another smaller SSD just for Windows. Makes sense but I don't need another HD, well I guess except for clean installs/ image of Windows.

Thanks essenbe and pparks1 for your input.

Back to gaming, seems unlike dude, essenbe and me, many are enjoying being slapped around by Lidia. SGW3 way up there on Steam's top 10.

@specialkone, I have searched the keyboard controls several times and can't find one that says 'slap her back'. She seems like she may respond to that. If you find it, let me know.

I actually tried the melee key when she slapped me because I obviously thought she was a foe. It did nothing. Looks like we are stuck trying to achieve dude charm level.

No wonder Lidia is liking dude. He is giving her some of her own medicine. And I thought it was his charm, ya right. :)

    I charmed here for sure

I read on the steam forums a lot of people have lost there game save in SGW3, and cloud sync is not working right now.
Go here to back yours up Save Path
Your save game is located on your harddisk:
    C:\Users\<your_user_name>\Saved Games\Sniper Ghost Warrior 3\

Then you can load it back and not have to start from the beginning like I did
