Well that's more than strange. I had already tried Unispace bold 7 and it was still blurry, especially full screen. I didn't see your OSD as blurry in full screen and you're using shadow play at 50 bits while I'm at 70 bits. I wonder if the color makes a difference, you using white. Are you using GFE 3.7.0.81?

Ya, I'm using handbrake. Doesn't work with the final version of RTSS but works with the beta. But like I mentioned, video is blurry before the compression. I tried changing some settings in Handbrake (web optimized, etc). I'm on fast1080P30. There's another option HQ1080P30 Surround but it's not the sound quality that's the issue.

Look at my GOW4 video. That was recorded with Windows 10 game mode. In full screen the OSD is fine. I think it also automatically compresses the file as I made a 5 minute video and it was only about 360 MB. Trouble is, game mode (recording) doesn't work in all games.

Are you at default settings in Handbrake?
I looked back at my vids, the blurring was always when using green. Try changing it to white or orange and see if it helps.

Here's the default orange, yikes!. I think the OSD is much clearer, even in full screen. What do you think?

    Thanks.

PS: Blackrose has me now gaming with the "bad habit" of listening to trivia on radios/conversations. Daughter wants a brown or yellow puppy? I think a Golden Retriever would bite her for calling it yellow.

GRW missions - lots of fun.

Ya, I'll try some other colors, thanks. Wonder what the recording issue is with the green. It looks spectacular in game.

It's more than weird to me. Windows 10 game recording handles that color with no issues. Or maybe it's Windows 10 game mode recording and their compression.

I was just going to reinstall COD4 and revisit it with new HW but I found out I have lost registration for it. Now I have to dig thru my old backups and see if I can find it. Wonder if it's free by now ?
