I was trying to remember why Black Ops III isn't part of my game library as most if not all the COD games are there. Now I remember. This is one of the games that had major SLI issues at launch and with only one Asus 770 2GB GPU working the game was not playable for me. Returned it after 1.5 hours of game play. These scenarios nailed the coffin in the "never multi gpu again" scenario for me. Unless, of course, Blackrose changes my mind.:)
Thanks to Worf's videos I decided to buy Ghost Recon Wildlands to check out those graphics and see how this "poor old" EVGA FTW 1080 would perform at 1080P.
So here's the GFE recommended settings, HBAO+, AF 16x, Temporal AA, Draw distance very high, God Rays enhanced and most of the rest being ultra everything per below.
If you guys (Blackrose, essenbe) want to push those latest GPU's and see them perform you might want to check this game out. Graphics are amazing including those "turf effects" on the foliage. Look at this pic. I'm only at 1080P and barely holding 60+ FPS. Runs very smooth though.
Blackrose - IMHO graphics are even better than WD2. Sadly, being a Uplay game, seems my XOC OSD isn't working. FPS are coming from Uplay.
Worf - this game cost me $80 CDN. Keep those videos coming with Wildlands and Black Ops 3. If you start showing new/different games I may go broke.![]()
