Videos like that are clear evidence you don't have to be running top of the line, expensive GPUs to enjoy quality gaming.

Yup, vsync was turned on and the graphics were maxed out and the game ran at a steady 60fps pretty much all the time. Didn't notice any stuttering or visible fps drops.

I've got about 5 1/2 hours left on my trial period of Tom Clancy's: The Division. I can post some video of that too if you're interested.
