Nessie (Zotac GTX 1080 Ti Amp Extreme) was overclocked by: +75 on the Core, +585 on the Memory, Power set too 120%, Temp limit set too 90 Degrees and 60% fan speed.Resulting with a Core speed of 2088 MHz, VRAM of 6180 MHz and Core Temp of 50 Degrees.

The video quality is great, Worf. Man, that game's graphics (though nice) are brutal on hardware. As I mentioned from that Tech Power Up game review I linked, a GTX 1080 can't handle Ultra settings at 1440P as your benchmarks seem to support. Your 1080TI can handle Ultra at 60HZ. Very high isn't improving the FPS much. High and medium settings are candidates for you and Nessie at 100HZ. The only setting where the graphics look bad are on the low settings, so I guess gamers have their options.

PS: are HFTS shadows on in that game/benchmark run?

Thanks specialkone. Think it is (on ultra anyway) but will have to check when I get home as at work just now.

If HFTS is on in GR Wildlands I'd like to see Ultra overall settings but with either of HFTS and PCSS turned off. These are FPS killers. Believe the next lowest is "ultra shadows". Whatever the highest shadow detail is excluding those two, try that.



Whatever modern games you have I'd like to see how that Zotac performs. Sniper Elite 4 is fun and DX12. GOW 4 is also DX12. Also fun is Watch Dogs 2 and of course Blackrose and I will say GTA V and dude is definitely waiting for the WW II edition of COD.

Don't have any of the games you have listed. Mainly play world of warships lol.

Assume you guys got the SGW3 patch 1.2 dealing with the save game corruption. Better late than never. Ya, I don't believe that. These games need to run properly out of the box.
