did windows 10 build 1909 truly ruin gaming?

my laptop is an alienware r5 i9 and it has nvidia gtx 1080 graphics card. i am currently on windows 10 build 1809. all my games are working fine and i am not getting any fps drops in any games. i am thinking about formatting my hard disk and installing windows 10 build 1909

i did some research. i found that there are issues if you want to play games on 1909. these are posts which complain about games crashing on 1909:-
    1) https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...3-59eb97c80325
    2) Game crashed - FATAL ERROR (Windows November 1909 Update) - Solved Topics - TruckersMP Forum
    3) Just a moment...

these are posts about fps drops:-
    1) FPS drops on games after windows 1909 update : Windows10
    2) Lower FPS performance with Windows 10 1909? : Windows10

i think those issues happened when 1909 was just released. is the 1909 iso which is available now different from the 1909 iso which was available when 1909 was first released and it has been patched and the bugs have been resolved?

also if i install 1909 and i dont do any windows updates then will i have the above issues?

I`ve never had any trouble gaming with 1909.

thus in the end it's all luck. for some people games are crashing with black screen because those games are no longer supported on 1909. i don't know what do is. is gaming more stable on 2004 or on 1909?

i wrote up that my video card is nvidia gtx 1080
