- managed to get the following games running:
1. Dungeon Siege1
2. Dungeon Siege1/Legends of Aranna
3. Dungeon Siege2/Broken World
- am still struggling with Dungeon Siege2 compatibility settings..
- still no joy with UPlay/FarCry4, though..
Guys, do you have the feeling that more compatibility issues are surfacing regarding software compatibility in general (not just games) with the new build?
I managed to install Uplay and Watch Dogs yesterday after a hell of hit and miss over and over again, and I've read of games that worked with previous builds but not with 10041.
I am finding that gaming is better on Windows 10 than on 7. I am on Win 10 Pro 64 Bit
Maybe it's because of the new graphics card drivers with the new build. I'm reading quite negative feedback about them, especially the ones for those of us with AMD hardware. I need to check more games out but I've been short of time lately.
Yeah, I've noticed a lot worse performance on this build, but really only with UPlay/Ubisoft games. Tried the new AMD 15.3 beta drivers, but they didn't seem to help any.
All of my games still appear to be working, aside from Alice Madness Returns.
OK peeps, seems we have a bit of an issue here, games were working and it looks like MS have been playing about with DX12 (or some variation of it) and possibly messed up other DX versions along the way, can anyone test minecraft again and see if my theory is correct? that runs OpenGL so it should be unaffected.
Sorry man. I'd check, but I'm going back to 8.1 for now. I may go back to 9926 at some point, but 10041 just sucks for gaming.
Well, my games are back to normal FPS on 8.1. Must be a DX issue in the new build.
