Ok, Ok, I cheat.......now and again! I want extra men/resources, etc so I tap enter, enter the cheat code and press ctrl C to copy and then press enter ctrl and V and keep hitting enter and repeat. Is there a way to get multiples of the require code without keying endlessly?

CTRL + C and CTRL+V are normal windows keyboard shortcuts (no cheat code required)

Look up to see if the game you play has a "trainer" usually they have features to them that allow easier cheat code entries. All though be careful with these sorts of application make sure they come from a source that is popular within that game's community.
To repeat a key combo and return - write a simple script file.
You could have it prompt you for the number of repeats, then use that number to set the number of loop iterations in which it sends the keystrokes to that window or process.
E.g. using Autohotkey (free) - good help file with examples. Easy to experiment with - just create a text file, minimum 1 line, extension .ahk
Double click that with Autohotkey installed and it will run.
