    Windows 10 Motion Sensors

Is there anyway to tell if my laptop running Win 10 can play games that use tilt is active? I think I used to use a flight simulator that would turn the plane by tilting the laptop. But, recently, I tried to use the tilt in a ski game and there was no response to tilting.
    Any advice will be appreciated.

    Regards, Jim

Well, not every PC/laptop has a motion or tilt sensor. That might be your issue if the lappy is new.

I would think if it was capable, the tilt sensor would show up in Device Manager as I think it might need a driver of some kind, but that's just a guess on my part.

    Jim,

If it had that facility, it would be stated in the specs on the Asus website and in the user manual.
If it is unclear then try asking in the Asus user forum, assuming they have one.

Just purchase the official controllers or setup. I am sure there are flight-simulator controllers that is not made by Microsoft.

Colton Harris Moore practiced on MFS and literally flew two planes IRL on his fugitive spree. No I am not kidding, kid literally flew two planes slept in multiple high-end houses, and lived on the run for many years. Came from a broken down home an all.

Buying a Tilt-sensitive laptop is just silly. You might as well purchase a Tilt sensitive PS3 or PS4 controller ( I forget which one did it first ) and use that via your games. Again an entire labtop to pickup and Tilt is like "Why"??? Does it have handle bars like the plane or car or skies???

You could go sking for real.
