I lost my paid for game after update

As far as I can make out there is no separate Premium version of Solitaire. Its the same Solitaire app but with an in-app purchase of the Premium subscription. You need to make sure you're signed in with the correct MS account, and that your subscription hasn't expired.

Sign into your account and verify that your subscription is still active: https://account.microsoft.com/services. You will see something similar to the image below, if your subscription is still active. (If you do not see this, ensure you are signed into the correct account.)....

....Verify that it is signed into the same account that purchased Premium.

Thanks for the reply, I will mention that to my wife and see if she get a refund.
The premium version was part of the game set if you did not want the adds.
