Small update after a week :
I put back my second RAM stick a week ago and has been playing with this configuration since. Some games still ocasionnaly crash. For those, I estimate an average of a crash per 3 hours session. Which is a lot better regarding the crash frequency before the "fix".

I didn't try to reactivate CPU settings yet, as I saw no real performance decrease with those deactivated - yet.
I'll try in the future if I feel the need.

I believe the definitive fix will be changing the MB and CPU. Later.

have you done what i asked you to do and you directly play single player games that dont have anti cheat after you restart your pc? you should not play a multiplayer game before you play a single player game

there is nothing wrong with your motherboard and cpu. they are not defective. if they were defective then you will get a lot of bsod and that's not happening for you. if the problem is that your multiplayer games are crashing then i already told you that is happening because of the anti cheat. the anti cheat doesn't like your hardware so it's misbehaving. if you change the motherboard and cpu then there is no guarantee that the anti cheat will behave on the new hardware. i recommend that you complain to the support of the multiplayer games that crash to see if they have a solution for you
