    microsoft xbox support


    hope one of you good ppz can help
    my son's xbox one controller broke some time ago and it was still under warranty so i logged a repair service and from what i can see they're sending a new controller . All good and well but that was 4months back and the tracking status shows it's on it's way (for 4months now) and the tracking nr just says they can't track it .
    I've done an repair/exchange before straight from Microsoft and that took less than a month...
    Now I've been trying to get "online support" but all i get is being send up and down between bots and their stupid options that doesn't apply to my problem.
    Is there any way to get in touch to an actual human at MS / xbox support ??

    1) Email Phil Spencer (Vice President) on philsp@microsoft.com.
    2) Call Customer Care on 1-800-MICROSOFT (1-800-642-7676)
    3) Visit Microsoft Customer Care.
    4) Email Satya Nadella (CEO) on satyan@microsoft.com.

    thanks ,but don't think i'll be emailing the CEO or VP of Microsoft lol
    there is a phone nr they provide for my country maybe i should just bite the airtime and phone it and see where it goes
    just don't understand why it must be so hard to find a human on a live chat support somewhere ...anyway

    A couple years ago when I bought something from the Microsoft Store there was no status update online. I called the support number but they said when I would get it depended upon when there would be a shipment coming in. The problem was they didn't know when that would be. You are probably in the same situation. Nobody will probably be able to give you a date when a replacement controller will arrive in a shipment from China.
