microsoft xbox support
hope one of you good ppz can help
my son's xbox one controller broke some time ago and it was still under warranty so i logged a repair service and from what i can see they're sending a new controller . All good and well but that was 4months back and the tracking status shows it's on it's way (for 4months now) and the tracking nr just says they can't track it .
I've done an repair/exchange before straight from Microsoft and that took less than a month...
Now I've been trying to get "online support" but all i get is being send up and down between bots and their stupid options that doesn't apply to my problem.
Is there any way to get in touch to an actual human at MS / xbox support ??
