Assassin's creed revelations wont run

I did find a video about this issue for win 10 about running compatibility troubleshooter. I try that and only get a error message.

Yes to all the above i tried in compatibility mode win7 no message just i get a black and white screen.

That i can't get out of i have to shut of pc manually because it freezes pc.

Do you have a Uplay account? Are you running this via Steam? You may need to link your Steam Account with Uplay....
Also ...

Have you tried disabling the Uplay in-game overlay? That seems to cause problems for other people.

I've also read that deleting systemdetection.dll from the game folder has helped people for whom the game was crashing... You can Just move the file to another area outside of the game files location.

First of all did i mention the desktop icon don't have compatibility in properties. The executable in the ACR folder does so that's how i tried compatibility.
Not sure if linked the two accounts i will need to google how to do that, or someone here could help me with that perhaps. I don't use ubi overlay i will try the other method to thanks. Another thing even though it's the Steam version installed it still installs the ubi version as well
