Controller randomly decides to swap all the buttons when playing

I am using an Elite controller through BT, it works totally fine on my Series X, when using on the PC randomly all the buttons will be rearranged and in some cases the right joystick will stop working


The most recent time it happened the controller logo led was flashing and controller wasnt working when led became solid controller was working but had the problem mentioned above

If i restart it works fine again but after some time the issue will return, so far its happened 3 times in different games

Using Win 10 and have all latest drivers and everything

Any fixes?

I don't even HAVE a game pad. BUT... back a ways, people who used game pads on PCs, used Xpadder...

I don't know if something like this is necessary these days... so do some research.

That would be a hardware issue with the game controller.

And as I stated it is a hardware issue with the controller and the computer. Try a different controller.
